Pioneer MC Mill Chuck provides the best vibration dampening due to the unique bearing pack design. X-Grooves provide additional driving points along the shank of the cutting tool. The combination of the bearing pack and grooves provides the highest clamp torque of similar compression chucks in our market today. Designed to perform without sleeves (collets), MC can be used with reducing sleeves. Please note when ever sleeves are used a loss of grip force will occur. Unlike Hydraulic Chucks, tools with flats and special tool shanks can be used without damaging the holder. Note a loss of grip force may occur.
