RHS: How do you hold 57 parts in one Wire EDM? ( Video)

YOUR WEDM MACHINE COULD DO MOREA customer installing a new Mitsubishi Wire EDM needed to hold 57 tight-tolerance aerospace parts in one setup.
The goal was bigger than simply fitting more parts inside the machine.
They wanted fewer loading interruptions, less operator intervention, and longer unattended production cycles.

One production setup.

Before going to 57, they started smaller.
Instead of immediately building the complete system, the customer took a controlled approach.
Working with Rapid Holding Systems and Mitsubishi, a smaller prototype was developed and tested directly on the new Wire EDM.

The prototype was evaluated directly in the customer's production environment.It performed as intended




The real goal isn't simply holding more partsIt is helping the customer use more of the capability already available in their Wire EDM.
